Being coachable…
Hi and welcome to a new week!
Would you accept an invite to take five minutes to care for yourself, find a comfortable position and just breathe in a slow and mindful way.
Maybe hold some pressure with your hand on your knee, just to be reminded about just being in the here and now - Breathing only.
How hard do you find it to pause the internal chatter in your brain, even just for a couple of minutes?
